河南省艾滋病高发区居民安全套使用状况及影响因素分析

摘要

目的:了解河南省艾滋病高发区非艾滋病居民的安全套使用情况和影响因素.方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对当地非艾滋病居民进行问卷调查,用单因素和多因素Logistic回归进行统计学分析.结果:非艾滋病居民每次或经常使用安全套的比例为23.1%.年龄越大,使用安全套的频率越低,其OR值为0.974.艾滋病高发区部分非艾滋病居民安全套使用意识淡薄.安全套相关知识、文化程度、年龄是影响安全套使用频率的主要因素.结论:应该加强安全套使用相关知识宣传,提高安全套的使用率.%Objective: To investigate the situation and the influence factors of condom using in Resident from high prevalence areas of AIDS in Henan.Methods: The resident were interviewed using a questionnaire by multi - stage stratified sampling method and The Logistic regression were used for analysis.Results: The condoms use rate of every time or often was 23.1％.The older, the lower the frequency of condom use, with the ORs of 0.97.A part of resident from high prevalence areas of AIDS in Henan has consciousness of condom use.The main influencing factors of the frequency of condom use are Condoms-related knowledge, educational level and age.Conclusion: It should propagandize condom utilization related knowledge to promote the Use of Condoms.
