三明治教学法在湘西某地方医学院校成人高等教育《内科学》教学中的应用与思考

         

摘要

成人高等医学教育的教学质量因其学生工作性质和服务对象的特殊性被广泛关注。湘西某地方医学院校在成人高等教育《内科学》教学中应用三明治教学法,将个人学习和集体学习有机结合,采取学生小组讨论、交叉讨论学习、分组汇报和教师小结并给出新问题等环节进行交叉教学,能起到举一反三、抛砖引玉的作用,激发学生的学习热情,有利于提高学生的自主学习和思考能力,同时能促进教师的自我完善与提高。三明治教学法顺应了国际高等医学教育改革的方向,提高了教学质量,但在实施过程中也需解决一些难点。%Adult higher medical education has got great development as the part of the medical education in China, which is also a powerful supplement of cultivating qualified medical personnel.Many reasons led to the decrease of the quality of the adult higher education, and the quali-ty of the adult higher medical education has been widely concerned because of the particularity of its nature of work and service object.Sandwich method, taught with small-class through the organic combination of individual and collective learning, discussion by students group, cross dis-cussion, group report and then summary being given and new problems being put forward by the teacher, can improve the students'ability of au-tonomous learning and thinking.The method has achieved commendable results through application of Sandwich teach among the adult higher medical education of internal medicine and concluded it could be worth being spread out.
