广东某医科大学师生公共选修课满意度调查

         

摘要

目的:了解广东某医科大学师生对该校公共选修课开设的满意度,为提高公共选修课的质量和加强管理提供参考.方法:便利抽取广东某医科大学882名学生和500名教师进行自编问卷调查.结果:学生选课的目的主要与自己的兴趣、扩大知识面、修满学分等有关;学生对选修课开课数量和类别满意度较低,满意者只有20%左右.开设选修课的教师对教学管理与考核指标满意度较低(仅20%表示满意).结论:公共选修课的开设应考虑有利于学生的培养以及满足学生的兴趣,同时也应优化公共选修课内容和结构,加强公共选修课教师队伍建设,加强对学生选课过程的指导和管理,改革考核方法,最大限度地发挥公共选修课在医学人才培养过程中的作用.%Objective: To investigate the current situation of public elective courses in a medical university in Guangdong in order to provide reference for improving the quality of public elective courses and strengthening management .Methods:A question-naire survey was conducted among 882 students and 500 teachers from Guangdong medical university selected by convenience sam-pling.Results: Student's elective courses are mainly with their own interests, expanding their knowledge, credits of elective clas-ses.The students are less satisfied with the number and category of elective courses, accounting for about 20%.The elective teach-ers are less satisfied with the teaching management and assessment system indicators , accounting for only 20%.Conclusion: Ac-cording to the existing problems, we need to consider the cultivation and interests of students, strengthen the integration of public e-lective course content and structure of public elective course teachers team construction and management , strengthen the guidance and management of student selection process, so that the public elective courses can play an important role in the process of medical personnel training to the greatest extent.
