The lack and loss of the technical staff of energy enterprises has become the key bottlenecks hindering the further development of the energy industry. It is of great significance to attract and stabilize the technical staff of energy enterprises to realize China energy development strategy. This article analyze and evaluate the job satisfaction with aspects of work itself, work rewards, human relations and business development vision of the energy enterprises based on the job satisfaction surveys of technical staff in energy enterprises of Guangdong Province. The results show: the overall job satisfaction of energy enterprises is on a medium level of satisfaction index;; the job satisfaction of work itself and work rewards are relatively low. The job satisfaction of technical staff in the various types energy enterprises are generally worrisome.
