长春市银行职员职业倦怠现状及其与社会支持、主观幸福感的相关性研究

     

摘要

Objective:To know the job burnout status and its relationship with social support and subjective well-being among bank employees,to provide a basis for job burnout control and subjective well-being improving of occupational population.Methods:A total of 1464 bank employees were surveyed by the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey,Perceived Social Support Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale for Chinese Citizens.Results:The rate of bank employees' job burnout was 57.5%,the rate of emotional exhaustion,cynicism and professional inefficacy was 40.6%,29.2% and 18.1% respectively.There were significant differences in the rate of job burnout among different genders,educational backgrounds,job positions bank employees (P<0.05).The relation between burnout and social support as well as subjective well-being was negative.The three dimensions of job burnout through the mediating role of social support affected subjective well-being.Conclusion:Job burnout problem is serious among bank employees,and it has direct influence on subjective well-being and indirect influence through social support.%目的:了解银行职员职业倦怠现状及其与社会支持、主观幸福感之间的关系,为降低职业人群职业倦怠及提升幸福感策略的制定提供依据.方法:采用职业倦怠量表、领悟社会支持量表和中国城市居民主观幸福感量表,对1464名银行职员进行调查.结果:银行职员职业倦怠检出率为57.5%,情绪衰竭、玩世不恭和低职业效能的检出率分别为40.6%、29.2%和18.1%.不同性别、学历、职位银行职员职业倦怠检出率有显著性差异(P<0.05).职业倦怠与社会支持、主观幸福感存在负相关关系.社会支持在情绪衰竭、玩世不恭、低职业效能与主观幸福感间均存在间接中介效应.结论:银行职员职业倦怠问题突出;职业倦怠对主观幸福感有直接影响,并通过社会支持产生间接影响.
