选取在承德医学院附属医院和承德市中心医院住院医师规范化培训的2015级、2016级学员214名.对全体学员进行比较分析,2015级规培学员在基础知识、学习态度、临床思维、体格检查、病例书写、综合能力等方面考核成绩高于2016级学员,而在医患沟通、人文关怀方面无显著差异.从考核结果可以看出,目前住院医师规范化培训注重理论知识教学,轻视了医患沟通能力的培养,病人不愿意规培学员诊疗,学员接触病人的机会少,造成学员医患沟通能力差.住院医师规范化培训过程中应该注重培养规培学员的医患沟通能力.%A total of 214 standardized training residents were invesitgated at Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University and Chengde Central Hospital in 2015 and 2016.The results showed,there were significant differences in their basic knowledge,learning attitude,clinical thinking,physical examination,case writing and comprehensive ability scores.There were no significant difference in doctor-patient communication and humanities care.As can be seen from the assessment results,resident standardized training was focusing on theoretical knowledge teaching,neglecting the cultivation of doctor-patient communication skills,patients were not willing to cooperate with trainees' diagnosis and treatment,students had less access to patients,which also resulted in their poor communication skills.Therefore,in the course of standardized training of resident doctors,it should pay attention to the cultivation of their communication abilities.
