p21活化激酶参与神经系统疾病的研究进展

     

摘要

p21 activated kinases (PAKs) is the effector protein of the Rho family of guanosine triphosphatase cell division cycle 42 and Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1. PAKs play an important role in cytoskeletal dynamics, survival, secretion and proliferation, etc. The dysfunction of PAKs activities can lead to various diseases, including neurological dysfunction. Studies have found that PAK1 and PAK3 have been changed in the pathological process of a variety of nervous system diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Huntington disease and mental retardation. PAKs inhibitors can improve the related neurological deficit symptoms, so PAKs related research provides a new idea for the treatment of neurological diseases.%p21活化激酶 (PAKs) 是Rho家族的鸟苷三磷酸酶细胞分裂周期蛋白42和Ras相关的C3肉毒素底物1的效应蛋白.PAKs在细胞骨架动力学、生存、分泌和增殖等方面起重要作用, PAKs的活动失调会导致各种疾病的发生, 包括神经系统功能紊乱.PAK1和PAK3在多种神经系统疾病 (如阿尔茨海默病、亨廷顿舞蹈症和精神发育迟滞等) 的病理过程中均发生改变.PAKs抑制剂的使用能够改善相关的神经功能缺损症状, 因此PAKs相关研究对神经系统疾病的治疗提供了新思路.
