莪术醇与基质金属蛋白酶2及肿瘤的侵袭和转移的研究进展

摘要

侵袭和转移是恶性肿瘤的主要生物学行为,也是恶性肿瘤患者致死的主要原因,故也成为当今世界肿瘤分子生物学的研究热点之一.基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在许多恶性肿瘤中均有过度表达,MMP-2的过度表达及其活性调节的研究,有助于对肿瘤患者及早发现和治疗.现就莪术醇、MMP-2与一些恶性肿瘤的关系的研究进行综述.%Invasion and metastasis are the main biological behavior of malignant tumor, and are the major cause of suffer lethiferous, so they become the one of the hot spots in the molecular biology.The research indicated that the overexpression of matrix metalloproteinase 2( MMP-2 ) in many malignant tumor.The research on the overexpression of MMP-2 and the activity regulative is helpful to early discover and treatment.The newest progress of the relationship between curcumol,MMP-2 and the invasion and metastasis of tumor were reviewed in this paper.
