食物不耐受及其IgG抗体检测的临床价值

     

摘要

Food intolerance is a complex allergic disease.It causes the body to produce food specific IgG antibody.This antibody and food molecular from immune compound can cause all tissues inflammatory responses.They show all systemic symptoms and diseases.Since the symptoms are concealed with no specificity, the diagnosis is often difficult.The detection of food specific IgG antibody has provided a fast and effective method for the judgment of intolerable foods.Avoid eating or eat less intolerable foods according to the food specific IgG antibody test results can improve patient's symptoms, control and prevent diseases effectively,which provides a kind of new method for the traditional disease's diagnosis and the treatment.%食物不耐受是一种复杂的变态反应性疾病,它使机体产生食物特异性IgG抗体,此抗体与食物分子形成免疫复合物,可引起相应组织发生炎性反应,表现为全身各系统的症状与疾病.食物不耐受因其症状隐匿且无特异性,故临床诊断较为困难.食物特异性IgG抗体的检测,为判断不耐受食物提供了一种快速、有效的方法.根据IgG抗体检测结果,忌食或少食不耐受食物,可有效地改善患者的症状、控制及预防疾病,为此类疾病的诊治提供一种新的思路和方法.
