基质金属蛋白酶及抑制剂与急性肺损伤/呼吸窘迫综合征

         

摘要

The ratio of matrix metalloproteinase ( MMPs ) and their inhibitors determines the balance of synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix ( ECM ) in acute lung injury ( ALI ) and acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ARDS ). They play an important and distinct part in ALI and ARDS. Present studies indicate that MMPs and their inhibitors play a very important role in microvascular permeability, inflammatory cell migration, and inflammatory response in the pathogenesis in ALI and ARDS. Therefore, further research on the relationship between them may create a new pathway for early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of ALI/ARDS.%基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其抑制剂在急性肺损伤(ALI)和急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)中的比例平衡决定细胞外基质是否处于平衡,起着调节血管内皮通透性、吸引炎性细胞迁移、维持炎症持续等重要作用.但目前对于MMPs及其抑制物如何相互精细协调,它们在发病过程中是否牵涉其他作用目前还不是很清楚.对MMPs及其抑制剂与ALI/ARDS关系的进一步深入研究,可以为早期诊断和防治ALI/ARDS开辟新的途径.
