瑞芬太尼减慢心率的机制研究进展

         

摘要

Remifentanil is widely used in clinical anesthesia with its many advantages. However, remifentanil-induced bradycardia is attracting growing concern. Over the years a lot of studies have been engaged in revealing the mechanism of this adverse reaction, and many conclusions have been drawn in this process. The results of these studies suggest that the mechanism of remifentanil causing bradycardia may be the excitatory effects of vagal, inhibition of the sympathetic nervous system, the role of the cardiac conduction system,and mixed factors. Here is to make a review on the results of previous studies with these new developments and future research trends.%瑞芬太尼以其诸多优点被广泛应用于临床麻醉,但其引起的心动过缓现象日益受到关注,多年来很多研究致力于揭示这种不良反应产生的机制,在此过程中也得出很多研究结论.这些研究成果认为瑞芬太尼导致心动过缓的机制有迷走神经的兴奋作用,有交感神经的抑制作用,有对心脏传导系统的作用,还有以上作用的混合因素.现就以往的研究成果与新进展及以后的研究趋势予以综述.
