鼻内镜下手术矫正鼻中隔偏曲治疗鼻源性头痛41例

摘要

目的 探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术治疗鼻源性头痛的效果.方法 对41例鼻源性头痛患者行鼻内镜检查及CT诊断后均行鼻中隔矫正手术治疗.结果 本组41例鼻中隔偏曲且出现头痛、头昏者进行鼻中隔矫正术,头痛消失或减轻,痊愈率达80.49%,总有效率达95.12%.结论 因鼻中隔偏曲而出现鼻源性头痛在鼻内镜下行矫正术,治疗方法 较简单、疗效好、对临床有较强的实用性,是治疗鼻源性头痛的有效方法,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate the endoscopic nasal surgery treatment of rhinogenic headache effect. Methods After nasal endoscopy and CT diagnosis for all 41 patients, all of them were given endoscopic septoplasty treatment. Results 41 patients of nasal septum deviation and headache or dizziness, after nasal surgery,headaches disappeared or alleviated,cure rate 80.49% ,total effective rate 95.12% . Conclusion Endoscopic nasal septum correction surgery treating rhinogenic headache caused by deviation of nasal septum is a simple and effective approach worth of clinical popularization.
