乙酰左旋肉碱对急性脊髓损伤保护作用的研究进展

摘要

L-carnitine is a commonly used clinical drugs,which has obvious biological functions of anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-apoptosis,stimulating autophagy and promoting the fat metabolism.Acetyl-L-carnitine(ALC) is the esterification of L-carnitine,which as a powerful antioxidant,can get through the blood brain barrier to central nervous system very easily,and has an obvious nerve protective effect.In clinical,it is used for cerebral ischemia,Alzheimer disease,diabetic neuropathy and the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases treatment.Besides,it is also used as adjuvant therapy in liver disease,cardiovascular disease,male infertility and hemodialysis complications.Spinal cord injury is a severe trauma of the central nervous system,which brings a heavy burden to the patients in production and living.%左旋肉碱是一种临床常用药物,具有明显的抗炎症、抗氧化、抗凋亡、增强细胞自噬及促进脂肪代谢的生物学作用.乙酰左旋肉碱为左旋肉碱的酯化物,是一种强抗氧化剂,且极易通过血脑屏障到达中枢神经,具有明显的神经保护作用,临床已用于脑缺血、阿尔茨海默病、糖尿病神经病变、神经退行性疾病的治疗以及肝脏疾病、心血管疾病、男性不育症、维持血液透析并发症等的辅助治疗.脊髓损伤是中枢神经系统的严重创伤,给患者的生产生活带来沉重负担.
