髓核细胞表型对干细胞治疗椎间盘退变的意义

摘要

椎间盘退变导致的下腰痛是社会的主要负担之一,而卧床休息、理疗、抗炎药物治疗及手术治疗等传统治疗方法仅能在短期或一定程度上缓解椎间盘退变给患者带来的痛苦,并不能使患者的生活质量得到显著改善.目前,细胞移植对于椎间盘退行性疾病的治疗有较好的前景,且能更好地衡量功能恢复的效果.其中,了解移植细胞能否产生健康髓核组织至关重要.髓核细胞的表型是独特的,它由一组能反映其生理功能的特征性标志物的表达构成.未来,髓核细胞及其祖细胞的独特生理功能的表型标记将对干细胞治疗椎间盘退变具有重要意义.%The low back pain caused by degeneration of the disc is one of the major social burdens,and bed rest,physical therapy,anti-inflammatory drug therapy and surgical treatment and other traditional treatment methods can only relieve the pain of patients caused by disc degeneration in a short term or to some extent,and cannot significantly improve the patient′s quality of life.At present,cell transplantation for the treatment of degenerative diseases of the disc is more promising,and can better measure the effect of functional recovery.Among them,it is very important to understand whether transplanted cells can produce healthy nucleus pulposus.The phenotype of the nucleus pulposus cells is unique and consists of a set of characteristic markers reflecting its physiological function.In the future,phenotypic markers of unique physiological functions of nucleus pulposus cells and their progenitor cells will be important for the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration.
