目的对肺心病患者的院外急救展开研究分析。方法选取我院急诊接收救治的100例肺心病患者，分成研究组和对照组，各50例，研究组给予全程护理模式，对照组给予传统护理模式，对两组护理效果进行观察对比。结果研究组抢救成功率显著优于对照组，研究组护理满意度显著优于对照组，数据差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论全面系统院外急救急诊护理流程应用于肺心病患者抢救中，可有效提高肺心病患者抢救成功率，改善患者护理满意度。%Objective The cor pulmonale patients outside hospital launches the research analysis.Methods We selected 100 cases of cor pulmonale patients receiving treatment in emergency department of our hospital, divided into study group and control group, each 50 cases, patients in study group received nursing mode, the control group was given traditional nursing mode, were observed and compared the nursing ef ect of the two groups.Results The study group was significantly bet er than the control group, the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction, the study group was significantly bet er than the control group, with significant dif erence ( <0.05) data.Conclusion A comprehensive system of hospital emergency care process used in the rescue of patients with pulmonary heart disease in patients with pulmonary heart disease, which can ef ectively improve the success rate of rescue, improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
