目的探讨同伴教育在基础护理学操作技能教学中的应用方法及效果。方法采用整群抽样的方法,从某高校护理专业中一个班随机抽取60人研究对象,试验组30名学生采用同伴教育教学法,对照组30名学生采用传统教学法。通过技能操作考试成绩对教学效果进行评价。结果实验组30人平均成绩(91.21±3.45)分,对照组30人平均成绩(87.35±4.62)分,试验组护理操作技能操作考试成绩优于对照组(<0.05)。结论同伴教育使得课堂教学和课余练习紧密结合起来,充分利用开放实验室练习的时间,巩固了课堂教学成果,可提高护理操作技能教学效果。%Objective To investigate the application of peer education teaching skil s in basic nursing and the ef ect. Methods By cluster sampling method, from a university in professional nursing a class 60 randomly selected subjects, experimental group of 30 students using the teaching method of peer education, 30 students in the control group using traditional teaching method. Conclusion The peer education makes the classroom teaching and extracurricular practice closely, make ful use of the open laboratory practice time, consolidate the results of classroom teaching, can improve the teaching ef ect of nursing skil s.
