埃索美拉唑联合黛力新治疗非糜烂性食管反流病疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察黛力新联合埃索美拉唑治疗非糜烂性食管反流病（NERD）的临床疗效，并探讨其临床意义。方法收集我院消化内科2007年12月~2012年12月收治的非糜烂性食管反流病患者98例，98例患者随机分为对照组（A,n=49）和试验组（B,n=49）。对照两组的临床疗效和复发率。结果 A组和B组治疗的有效率分别为79.6%和95.9%，B组的临床疗效显著优于A组（P<0.05）。A组的复发率为42.9%，B组的复发率为34.7%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论黛力新联合埃索美拉唑治疗能有效改善NERD的临床症状，并能有效预防其复发。%Objective to observe her force new coalition esso beauty pul azole treatment of erosive esophageal reflux disease (NERD) clinical curative ef ect, and to explore its clinical significance.
