替比夫定、阿德福韦酯联用与恩替卡韦单药治疗失代偿期乙肝肝硬化疗效对比观察

摘要

Objective To explore the combined with entecavir monotherapy compared with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis of telbivudine and adefovir dipivoxil.Methods 98 cases of patients with cirrhosis of the liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups.Results The observation group patients were all due to the control group.Conclusion With entecavir monotherapy in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis were significantly associated with telbivudine and adefovir dipivoxil.%目的：探讨替比夫定、阿德福韦酯联用与恩替卡韦单药治疗失代偿期乙肝肝硬化疗效对比。方法将我院收治的98例失代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者随机分为两组。结果肝功能治疗后观察组、对照组患者ALT、TBil显著降低，ALB显著升高，比较具有统计学差异（P<0.05），观察组患者各项指标均优于对照组。结论替比夫定、阿德福韦酯联用与恩替卡韦单药治疗失代偿期乙肝肝硬化均效果显著。
