并行化产品设计中概念设计的产品信息管理技术研究

摘要

概念设计是产品设计过程中的一个重要环节 ，为了实现并行化产品设计，有必要将概念设计阶段的产品信息管理纳入到基于产品数据管 理系统的并行化产品设计环境中。本文首先分析了对概念设计产品信息进行管理的意义及现 有的商品化PDM系统对其支持能力的不足之处，探讨了以产品结构树为中心的产品信息管理 方式，并提出了采用这种管理方式对概念设计阶段产品信息进行管理所需要解决的一些关键 问题及其解决方法，初步构造了一个可行的并行化概念设计的产品信息管理模式。%The conceptual design is a basic step in product development and it is important to include it in the concurrent design of a product. To realize this target, it is critical to manage the product information in conceptual design in a concurrent engineering environment. This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of current commercial PDM systems in supporting conceptual design and discusses the product information management mode based on product structure tree, then lists some key problems that faced in using such a management mode and present the corresponding solutions. Through all the work, the author constructs an application scheme of product data management in conceptual design that supports concurrent product design.
