车辆前轮定位参数-转向机构稳健设计研究

         

摘要

In the traditional design of a vehicle's front wheel alignment parameters and steering mechanisms, in general, the effects of uncertainty factors on its performance were not considered, and the mutual interaction be- tween the front wheel alignment parameters and the steering mechanisms also were not taken into account, causing the vehicle's poor performance. In order to reduce the interference of the uncertainty factors, we apply the existing robust design method to analyzing such uncertainty factors as manufacturing error and assembly error of the vehicle's parts and components. We use the preference function to analyze the uncertainty factors such as a designer's sub- jective factors and objective function weighting and then integrate them into the integrative model for designing the front wheel alignment parameters and steering mechanisms. The design results show our design method improves the robustness of the alignment parameters and steering mechanisms of the vehicle front wheels.%在传统的前轮定位参数、转向机构设计中,一般没有考虑不确定因素对系统性能的影响,并且没有考虑前轮定位参数、转向机构之间的相互影响,导致车辆整体性能差。为了减小不确定性因素的干扰,应用经典稳健设计方法分析零部件的制造误差、装配误差等随机不确定因素,使用偏好函数分析设计者的主观因素、目标函数的权重等认知不确定性因素,并将其集成到车辆前轮定位参数-转向机构的集成设计模型中。设计结果表明,通过集成设计中的两类不确定因素,改善了前轮定位参数-转向机构的稳健性能。
