气动载荷下动车组车体疲劳寿命评估

         

摘要

使用SolidWorks软件建立CRH2型动车组头车车体的三维模型,然后利用ANSYS与多种CAD和CAE软件的无缝接口技术,将车体三维模型成功导入ANSYS WORKBENCH有限元仿真分析软件,并完成有限元网格的划分。在此基础上,先进行车体在气动载荷下的静力学分析,然后加载获取的的随机载荷谱,对车体进行疲劳分析,得到了车体的寿命、安全系数及损伤等相关参数。结果表明,车体的疲劳寿命满足设计要求,最小安全系数为1.0224。%In this paper, the 3D model of the first carbody of CRH2 is established by using the Solidworks software.Then usingthe seamless interface technology between ANSYS and a variety of CAD and CAE software, the 3D model of carbody issuccessfully imported into the finite element simulation analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH, and division of thefinite elementmesh is also completed.On this basis, statics analysis of the carbody under aerodynamic load is accomplished, and thenthe obtained random load spectrum is applied to complete fatigue analysis, thus related parameters such as the life, safety factorand damage are obtained.The results show that the fatigue life of carbody couldmeet the design requirements, andtheminimum safety factor is 1.0224 .
