基于响应曲面法的点焊工艺参数设计

     

摘要

采用响应曲面法(RS M )对S T 14进行点焊工艺实验设计,并通过优化焊接参数来提高接头的抗剪强度。建立接头抗剪强度与焊接参数之间的二阶数学模型,并通过验证试验检验所建立的数学模型的准确性,可以被用于后续的优化分析。根据优化方案得到最佳工艺参数:焊接电流为12.21 kA ,焊接时间为200 ms ,焊接压力为0.58 MPa。%This paper focuses on the development of an effective methodology to determine the optimum welding conditions that maximize the strength of joints produced by spot welding using response surface methodology (RSM ) .RSM is utilized to create an efficient second-order analytical model for shear strength in terms of welding parameters weld current ,weld time and weld pressure .Experiments were conducted as per central composite design of experiments for spot welding of 1.0 mm thick ST14 specimens .Through a comprehensive software analysis ,the optimal parameter value of response was obtained .Based on the opti-mization scheme ,12.21 kA welding current ,0.58 MPa welding pressure and 200ms welding time ,are identified as the optimal set of process parameters .
