大型自卸车燃油预热系统设计

摘要

Combining with the characteristics of large dump truck ,using car engine cooling fluid ,we developed a preheating device adding to oil tank ,to make the fuel preheated .Through automatic control ,the preheating device could make the oil temperature between 30℃ and 40℃ ,to guarantee large dump trucks’temperature below 4 ℃ in outdoor ,and running normally for use 0 grade diesel .%结合大型矿车的自身特点，利用矿车发动机冷却液，经过对燃油油箱和油路加装预热装置，对燃油进行预热升温，并通过自动化控制，使燃油温度维持在30℃～40℃，保证了大型矿车在室外温度低于4℃且使用0标号柴油时，能够正常启动和运行。
