绝缘子带电干冰清洗机器人平移机构的优化设计

         

摘要

利用Pro/E的强大造型能力对绝缘子带电干冰清洗机器人零部件进行建模与装配,得到绝缘子带电干冰清洗机器人的三维实体模型。把机器人的主要部件平移机构导入到 ANSYS Workbench软件中,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对机器人的平移机构进行静力结构分析,得到在其工作载荷下的变形和应力,并对其进行优化,从而确定最优的设计方案。%By use of the powerful modeling capabilities of Pro/E software ,the modeling and assembly of the components of an electri‐cal insulators dry ice cleaning robot was carried out .The three‐dimensional solid model of the electrical insulators dry ice cleaning ro‐bot was set up ,and the three‐dimensional solid model of translation mechanism was imported into ANSYS Workbench .ANSYS Workbench software was used to static structural analysis of the translation mechanism ,the deformation and stress of the translation mechanism were obtained under the working load .And the optimal design of the mechanism was conducted .
