适用于薄壁件加工的真空柔性夹具设计

     

摘要

针对飞机薄壁件的铣削加工设计了一套真空柔性夹具作为辅助支撑,介绍了真空柔性夹具的结构和工作原理。运用有限元分析软件,在有、无真空夹具两种情况下,对薄壁件腹板的受力变形进行了数值模拟,同时研究了板厚、吸盘尺寸对腹板变形的影响。通过对比数据得知:使用真空柔性夹具是减小薄壁工件变形的一种简单易行的方法,为进一步研究控制薄壁件加工变形提供了理论基础。%Vacuum flexible fixture was designed for thin-walled parts milling as auxiliary support ,the structure and working principle of the flexible vacuum fixture was introduced .By means of the software of finite element analysis ,the force analysis of normal plane web was simulated in both cases with vacuum fixture or not .And the impacts of the different thickness of thin-walled parts and the size of chuck on the deformation of normal plane web were studied .The results of the study show that using vacuum flexible fixture is a simple method to reduce the deformation of thin-walled workpieces .It provides a theoretical basis for further research on the deformation control of thin-walled parts processing .
