桥式起重机吊具系统及齿轮减速器的效率测量与计算

摘要

从系统的角度研究了起重机起升机构的机械能传动过程，重点推导分析了起升机构中吊具系统的传动效率，同时设计了一款应用于起重机减速器的功率测量系统，为进一步研究整个桥式起重机机械结构效率提供了基础。%In this paper ,the energy transmission process in the lifting mechanism of a bridge crane is discussed ,and the transmission efficiency of the spreader system is analyzed and calculated in detail .An energy consumption measurement system is designed to measure the energy consumption of the gear reducer in bridge crane .This work may lay the basis for measuring the transmission effi-ciency of the w hole crane .
