三种大容量长寿命低轨道用氢镍蓄电池研究

摘要

A series of cells including 2QNY1 G60, QNY1 G100 and QNY1 G150 have been developed by using long life cathode .They had the characteristics of high capacity and long life with low Depths of Discharge (DOD) .The results of tests showed that the specific energy of these cells were over 57 Wh/kg and their life arrived 40000 times(DOD40%) .They were suitable for application in low Earth orbits .%通过长寿命正极等关键技术的攻关,研制出一个大容量浅充浅放型氢镍蓄电池( Ni-H2 )系列,包括2QNY1 G60氢镍蓄电池、QNY1 G100氢镍蓄电池、QNY1 G150氢镍蓄电池3个产品.经鉴定测试,该系列电池比能量超过57Wh/kg、预计循环寿命可达到40000次(DOD 40%),适于空间站等长寿命低地球轨道条件下应用.
