多目标优化方法在汽车前悬架设计中的应用

         

摘要

利用多体动力学理论,在已有某型轿车悬架参数的基础上,基于ADAMS平台建立该车双横臂前悬架模型并进行了运动学和弹性学的仿真计算,对仿真结果中敏感度较高的参数进行分析以确定优化目标.利用ADAMS/Insight对悬架的结构进行多目标优化设计,根据优化的结果修改悬架运动学仿真模型,比较优化前后悬架的整体性能.结果表明,此方法取得了良好的优化结果,较好地改善了悬架运动学性能.%Using the method of multi - body dynamics, establish the double wishbone front suspension model by ADAMS software Then the simulation of the Kinematics and flexibility was done, Sensitive parameters in the simulation results were analyzed to determine the optimization objectives. And then the structure of the suspension was optimized by using ADAMS/Insight through the method of Multi - objective optimization, Modify the suspension kinematics simulation model according to the results of optimization, and compare the o-verall suspension performance before optimization and awwwwwwfter optimization. The results show that this method has achieved good optimization results, and improved suspension kinematics.
