海上浮动核电站管道系统摇摆载荷分析

     

摘要

Offshore floating nuclear power stations can be dramatic swung by a huge sea storm.The swing load must be considered while conducting mechanical analysis of the piping system of offshore float-ing nuclear power stations.The load of the piping under the sway has been calculated with load factor method with the load factor of the dummy node by using the PIPESTRESS program.Meanwhile,the har-monic response of the piping system under the swaying is calculated by using ANSYS,and comparative a-nalysis of the moments calculated with load factor method and with harmonic response method has been done.The analysis shows that,the result from the load factor method is much more conservative than that from the harmonic response method.The loads of the nodes of the piping on which the stresses exceed the limits will be recalculated with load factor method by using the actual load factors of the nodes.And this way the conservatism can be reduced.%巨大的海上风暴会使海上浮动核电站产生剧烈的摇摆,在对海上浮动核电站核反应堆管道系统进行力学分析时,必须考虑摇摆载荷。采用载荷系数法,在专用管道计算分析软件 PIPESTRESS 上,取虚拟节点的载荷系数,计算出了在摇摆作用下管道所承受的载荷;同时,采用 ANSYS 软件的谐响应分析功能,计算出了在摇摆作用下管道系统的稳态响应,并对载荷系数法计算出来的弯矩和谐响应法计算出来的弯矩进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,载荷系数法计算出来的结果具有较大的保守性。对于管道应力超出限值的节点,通过用该节点处实际坐标的载荷系数,重新计算该节点的摇摆载荷,可以降低不少保守性。
