轿车滑移门安装定位点偏差计算与装配偏差建模

         

摘要

轿车滑移门与白车身的匹配精度直接影响到整车风噪声和外观品质.导轨的安装定位以及支架滚轮的装配精度是滑移门安装定位点装配偏差的主要影响因素.通过分析导轨与滚轮的空间装配尺寸关系,得出了滑移门在白车身对应定位点的偏差计算方法,在此基础上利用公差模拟软件ViS_VSA建立某车型滑移门的装配偏差模型,对装配偏差匹配尺寸分布进行仿真计算.该方法有助于提高尺寸公差的仿真精度,为合理分配滑移门定位点设计公差,提高滑移门匹配精度提供了设计依据.%The matching quality of sliding door with white body offccts directly the wind noise and appearance of vehicle.The deviation of locating points through which sliding door is located on the who* body imparts not only precision of brackets assembly ,but also the locating precision of guide rails.Based on the space -dimension analysis of assembly between guide rails and idle wheels, the deviation formula of local ing points on corresponding sliding door of the white body are acquired.Then using Vis_VSA software the sliding door assembly deviation model of same car model is established.Thvi method helps to improve the simulation precision of dimensional tolerance, which provides basis, for the allocation of design lolerance of locating points and foundation for reaching the matching prevision about sliding door assembly.
