基于DMC运动控制器的开放式数控车床系统的开发与应用

         

摘要

The system structure of open CNC system of 'PC and Motion controller"is presented. Based on DMC-1832 motion controller, the hardware of NC system is improved and the software of system is designed by VB 6.0, using PC as the center of control system,with the motion controller being responsible for the details of the motion controller.The whole processing of lathe machining is conducted by servo motor, which is driven by PC through motion controller.Thus the ordinary lathe is reconstructed into economic semi-loop NC machine and an overall frame for the reconstruction is provided.At present, the special NC system has been applied in machining slender shaft of helical spring with exceed slender reducing.ln addition, the system can be secondary developed to meet the practical need of the users,which application is foreseen to be wide in the future.%采用“PC+运动控制器”的开放式数控系统的体系结构,在采用DMC 1832控制器的基础上,对数控车床系统硬件进行改进,同时在VB6.0开发环境下实现软件设计,用PC机作为运功控制器的核心处理部分,运动控制器负责整个运动控制系统的细节部分,PC机通过控制卡驱动伺服电机控制车床本体加工的整个过程,将普通车床改造成经济型的半开环车床,给出了改造的总体框架.目前,该系统已应用于螺旋弹簧的超细长变径细长轴的加工.此外,该系统可以可以根据实际加工需要进行二次开发,应用前景广阔.
