螺旋油楔动静压滑动轴承三维CFD仿真分析

         

摘要

以轴承流体域为研究对象,建立了螺旋油楔动静压滑动轴承的三维实体模型,利用Fluent软件对其流场及温度场进行数值仿真,比较了螺旋油楔轴承与普通三油楔轴承静态性能的差异,同时分析了螺旋角及轴承间隙对螺旋油楔轴承静态性能的影响规律.结果表明:两种轴承的油膜压力及温度分布存在较大差异;轴承油腔的螺旋形分布及进出油孔的分开设置能够减少润滑油的二次加热并能提高轴承端泄量,有利于温升降低;高速轻载工况下螺旋油楔轴承静态性能要明显优于普通三油楔轴承;合理选择轴承螺旋角及轴承半径间隙可以保证螺旋油楔轴承具有较好的润滑特性.%A three-dimensional solid model of the spiral oil wedge hybrid journal bearing was established based on flow field of the bearing.A numerical simulation for flow and temperature field in journal bearing was conducted by software Fluent,which reflected the differences of static characteristics between the spiral oil wedge hybrid journal bearing and the conventional three straight oil wedges journal bearing and showed the rules that spiral angles and clearance affected static characteristics of the spiral oil wedge hybrid journal bearing.The results show that the pressure and temperature distributions of oil film in the two journal bearings are so different,and the spiral oil wedges and the inlet and outlet holes can avoid the oil heating up repeatedly and increase the oil quanthy greatly,which is useful for the temperature rise,and the static characteristics of the spiral oil wedge hybrid journal bearing in high speed and low load is better obviously than the conventional three straight oil wedges journal bearing.Moreover,it is found that sustainable spiral angles and clearance can make the spiral oil wedge hybrid journal bearing to get better performance.
