高速螺旋油楔滑动轴承空穴机理的实验研究

         

摘要

The cavitation characteristics of a high speed spiral oil wedge hydrodynamic bearing were investigated experimentally using a transparent bearing and a high-speed camera. The influence of rotating speeds and supply pressures on shape of cavitation, location of cavitation and number of cavitation was analyzed. The parametric equation of the oil film reformation location was derived. The results showed that the location of the least oil film clearance can be known with the status of the oil film rupture; the cavitaiton of oil film is strip-shaped; with increase in supply pressure, the rupture location of oil film moves along the rotation direction of axis, the rupture area of oil film decreases, so the increase in oil supply pressure can improve the quality of lubrication.%采用透明轴承和高速相机对高速螺旋油楔滑动轴承的空穴特性进行了实验研究.研究了主轴转速和供油压力对轴承油膜的空穴形状、空穴位置和空穴条数的影响,给出了油膜再形成位置的参数方程.结果表明,通过油膜破裂区域的情况能证明油膜最小间隙的位置;油膜存在着长条状的空穴,随着供油压力的提高,油膜破裂位置沿着轴的转动方向迁移,空穴面积变小,因而提高润滑油的供油压力可以改善润滑质量.
