重载自行式平板车牵引液压系统设计方案的模糊可靠性评价

     

摘要

The fuzzy reliability evaluation was introduced into the decision of the design scheme of the traction hydraulic system of the heavy load self-actuated flatcar in which the knowledge of technician and specialist was transformed to quantity decision judgment. Based on these theories, the design scheme of the traction hydraulic system was determined and construction drawing was design in detail. According to the test result, the traction performance of the first prototype is excellent, which demonstrates the reliability of the design scheme.%在重载自行式平板车牵引系统设计方案的确定中,引入模糊可靠性评价方法,将技术人员与领域内专家的知识转化为量化决策判据.在此基础上确定了牵引液压系统的设计方案,并展开施工图详细设计.所研制的首台样机经过实践检验,其牵引性能优秀,证实了该设计方案的可靠性.
