The motorized handling equipment includes a chassis (10) carried by a base (11) having two rear wheels (12). The front of the chassis is fixed to drawbar (5) connected to a cylindrical hook (4) that pivots on a pin (3) fixed to the coupling (2). A vertical post (6) fixed to the drawbar carries an L-shaped hook (7) designed to be placed over the lip of a bin (14) under the bin lid to maintain the bin in the chassis. The coupling can be displaced by a wheel assembly driven by an electric motor-reducer (17) powered by batteries in a housing (18).
