五轴车铣复合加工中心工作空间研究

         

摘要

分析五轴车铣复合加工中心的结构,基于DH坐标系方法建立其运动学方程,求出运动学方程的正、逆解。分别运用蒙特卡罗方法和穷举法求解该加工中心的工作空间,利用MATLAB编程得出加工中心工作空间云图。两种方法得到的结果吻合,五轴车铣复合加工中心的工作空间为近似的八面棱柱体,工作空间结构紧凑、运动灵活并且具有较强的加工能力。%The kinematics equation was built based on DH method by analyzing the structure of fiveaxis machining center. The positive kinematics solution and the inverse kinematics solution of the kinematics equation were gotten. The workspace was solved using Monte Carlo method and exhaustive search method by the means of MATLAB programming. By comparing results of two methods, it is found that the shape of the two workspaces is similar to each other as a prism. Compaction workspace without cavity is observed. The motion flexibility and powerful machining ability of the machining center are proved.
