基于NURBS插补的汽轮机叶片背弧面数控加工模拟与误差分析

         

摘要

弓高误差是影响汽轮机叶片加工质量的关键因素之一.根据汽轮机叶片数控切削加工的质量要求,采用NURBS曲线插补算法,并用MATLAB软件模拟了NURBS插补过程.通过UG6.0数控仿真模块进行模拟加工,分析仿真数据可知:采用NURBS插补方法模拟加工汽轮机叶片背弧面,弓高误差为0.080~1.154μm.%The chord-error is one of the key factors that influence the quality of steam turbine blade. According to the requirements of the stream turbine blade's processing quality, using NURBS interpolation algorithm, the interpolation process was simulated by MATLAB. UC6. 0 stimulation module was used to stimulate the processing process. Through analyzing the code, it is concluded that using NURBS interpolation method to simulate the turbine blade's back arc, the chord-error is 0.080 ~ 1. 154 μm.
