Application of NURBS Curve Interpolation Algorithm in Steam Turbine Blade NC Machining

摘要

In order to improve the machining efficiency and precision of steam turbine blade, the accurate mathematics model of complex blade is built with non-uniform rational B-spline. An ameliorative adaptive feed speed interpolation algorithm for an non-uniform rational B-spline curve is proposed aim at blade curvature radius great change. The faster feed speed is adopt to increase the machining efficiency when the blade curvature radius is big. The feed speed is adaptive to control the chord error within the specified range when the blade curvature radius is small. Normal acceleration is guaranteed within the permission scope. The blade is machined on CNC machine with NURBS interpolation to obtain high speed. Test results show that the machining efficiency of blade is not only further improved, but also the contour accuracy is guaranteed.
机译:为了提高汽轮机叶片的加工效率和精度,利用非均匀有理B样条建立了复杂叶片的精确数学模型。针对叶片曲率半径的大变化,提出了一种非均匀有理B样条曲线的改进自适应进给速度插补算法。当叶片曲率半径较大时,采用较快的进给速度以提高加工效率。当叶片曲率半径较小时,进给速度可自适应地将弦误差控制在指定范围内。在许可范围内保证正常加速。刀片通过NURBS插补在CNC机床上加工以获得较高的速度。试验结果表明,叶片的加工效率不仅得到了进一步提高,而且轮廓精度得到了保证。
