With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing, the modern CNC pipe-bender is needed to improve its flexible processing ability to get improvement.As to the three-roll-push-bending craft, its numerical simulation model was built by the numerical simulation software ABAQUS based on the real pipe-bending structure, and the mesh sensibility analysis method was used.Then the simulation model was verified by experiment in three aspects: forming procedure, wrinkle on the start-bending area, springback radius.The results show that the error between the simulation value and experiment value of the wrinkle on the start-bending area is less than 4%, and that of the springback is less than 5.5%.%随着智能制造的快速发展,目前的数控弯管机需提高其柔性加工能力,才能取得突破.针对三滚轮推弯这一柔性弯管工艺,采用数值模拟软件ABAQUS,结合实际弯管机构,通过网格敏感性分析,建立该工艺的数值模拟模型,并从成形过程、起弯处褶皱以及回弹半径3个方面进行实验验证,得出起弯处褶皱的模拟值与实验值相差小于4%、而回弹半径的模拟值与实验值相差小于5.5%的结论.
