薄壁管材推弯工艺参数灵敏度分析

             

摘要

利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,构建管材推弯有限元仿真模型,并利用推弯实验验证有限元模型的正确性.通过以椭圆率、管壁减薄量、弯曲回弹角度为指标的多指标正交实验方法,研究了相对弯曲半径(管材弯曲半径与内轮模直径的比值)、硬化系数、推弯长度、摩擦系数、推弯速度、芯棒深入长等主要影响因素对管材推弯成形质量的影响,并构建多指标正交实验矩阵分析模型,综合评价得出主要影响因素按灵敏度绝对值的排序及其最佳组合,为提高管材成形质量提供理论依据.%The finite element simulation model of Pipe Bending is built by using the sofiware ABAQUS and the correction of the finite element model is verified through the experiment of push bending.By the orthogonal design combined with multiindex test which is based on the indexes such as ellipticity,tube wall thickness,bending spring back angle,the influence of the pipe bending's technology is studied through the research of the relative bend radius (the ratio of the radius of the inner tube bending to the diameter of the inner mould),hardening coefficient,bending length,friction coefficient,bending speed,mandrel-depth long,etc.Then,Constructing a multi index orthogonal experimental matrix analysis model,after comprehensive evaluation that main process parameters according to the sensitivity of the absolute value of the sort and the best combination,to provide a theoretical basis for improving the forming quality of tube.
