This process is for development of alloy KPT-F&F-AL-1.2384 which can be a substitute of German alloy WL.3.2384 and development of thin walled investment casting having min. wall thickness of 2.7�03 mm with overall dimension of Length 380mm & width 230mm.. The casting should have mechanical properties of UTS -32 Kg/mm2 and %Elongation -5% and can be used in small passenger aircraft.
