设计了一套基于PMAC运动控制卡的金属激光快速成型(3D打印)机,采用PMAC运动控制器控制各电机轴运动、I/O数据采集.介绍了该系统的硬件组成和软件结构,考虑到工作台驱动电机的定位精度对零件成型质量影响非常大,研究使用PMAC定位精度补偿技术对该轴进行定位精度优化,在样机实现中效果良好,达到了预期.%A metal laser rapid prototyping (Three Dimensional (3D) printing) machine based on using Program Multiple Axis Controller ( PMAC) for motion is designed.PMAC motion controller was used to control all motors motion and Input/Output ( I/O) da-ta gathering.Furthermore, the hardware and software structure of this system were also discussed.Considering very heavy influence of position precision of the motor driven work platform on quality of the prototyping parts, a PMAC position precision compensation tech-nology was researched and applied to optimize for imperfections in the leadscrew of mechanics.Good effect is implemented in the proto-typing machine, which shows a well-desired performance.
