负载敏感系统建模与仿真研究

         

摘要

针对负载敏感系统建模与计算机仿真问题,基于流量连续性方程和力平衡方程建立了负载敏感系统变量泵、负载敏感阀、高压卸荷阀和变量缸的动力学方程;并在此基础上得到了负载敏感系统低压卸荷、高压卸荷和负载敏感3种工况的稳态方程;最后用EASY5软件搭建了负载敏感系统模型、根据各工况稳态方程确定了各元件的取值范围、并进行了仿真验证.仿真结果表明:用以上步骤建立的负载敏感系统模型运行稳定,各元件参数匹配合理,可以准确模拟各工况特性.%In order to deal with modeling and simulation of load-sensing system,dynamic equations of variable pump,load-sensing valve,high-pressure rehef valve and modulating cylinder of load-sensing system is established based on flow continuum equation and force balance equation.Then,steady state equations corresponding to lowpressure relief,high-pressure relief and load-sensing conditions are deduced by dynamic ones.Finally,load-sensing system is modeled and simulated through EASY5 software,whose parameters are identified using steady state equation of different conditions.Simulation results indicate that the load-sensing system model is stable and has a reasonable parameter set,which can simulate different conditions exactly.
