A circuit simulation modeling apparatus has a combining unit, comprising a power line modeling unit, a logic circuit modeling unit, a voltage control unit, and a current control unit for each of a logic circuit model and a power line model, so as to combine the logic circuit model and the power line model into a simulation model by adding both the control units thereto. The power line modeling unit extracts information regarding power lines from information regarding a target circuit to generate a power line model as a model of the power lines. The logic circuit modeling unit extracts information regarding a logic circuit from the information regarding the target circuit to generate a logic circuit model as a model of the logic circuit. The voltage control unit obtains a potential at a logic circuit connecting terminal in a simulation to apply the potential to a power line connecting terminal. The current control unit obtains a current at the power line connecting terminal in a simulation to apply the current to the logic circuit connecting terminal.
