为解决飞机结构件工艺决策和数控编程效率低下及自动化程度不高的问题,提出了一种基于模型定义的数控编程方法。首先制定特征信息模板作为零件加工特征的标注依据,并通过标注检索特征;然后根据特征信息模板提取特征的几何信息和非几何信息进行工艺决策。应用该方法在CATIA V5平台上进行了系统开发,最终实现了数控程序的自动生成,并通过实验验证了其可靠性。%In order to solve the problems of low automation level and inefficiency in process planning and NC pro-gramming , it proposes a NC programming method for aircraft structural parts based on model-based definition . According to feature information templates , it establishes the part machining features and retrieves the features through annotation , develops a system on CATIA V 5 .This system generates automatically the process planning with the features of geometric and non-geometric information extracted from these templates .An experiment illus-trates that the new method proves effective .
