电动汽车锂离子电池组风冷散热仿真分析

         

摘要

It describes the thermal model of lithium-ion battery, builds 3d simulation model of air -cooling structure, and simulates the computational fluid dynamics.The result shows that the steady-state calculation can simulate accurately temperature performance of battery pack.Both the maximum temperature and tempera-ture difference are at the reasonable working range and the air-cooling system meets the requirement of the bat-tery pack at 1C charge and discharge rate.Increasing the flow rate can improve the cooling performance of batter-y pack effectively, but the upgrade rate of cooling performance is low when flow rate exceeds a certain range. The variation of the environment temperature can also affect the battery cooling performance.%在详细描述锂离子电池生热机理的基础上,建立了锂离子电池组风冷散热结构的三维仿真模型,应用计算流体动力学方法对电池组进行了仿真分析. 结果表明:采用稳态计算可以准确模拟电池组温升情况,且电池组在1C充放电倍率下,电池组最高温度和温差都处于正常工作范围内,风冷散热系统满足电池组散热要求;提高进风口的流速可以有效改善电池组的散热效果,但是当风速超过一定范围时,散热效果提升率较低;同时,环境温度的变化也会影响电池组风冷散热效果.
