摘要:通过溶胶-凝胶法结合球磨,合成Li3(V1-xLix)2(PO4) 3/C(x=0、0.01、0.02、0.03、0.04和0.05).采用XRD、SEM及充放电测试等研究了x的值对样品的影响.x>0的样品形成了Li+掺杂及产生了具备改性作用的Li4P2O7,颗粒粒径随x的增加而减小,电化学性能较Li3V2(PO4)3(x=0)得到改善.x=0.02的样品以1C在3.0~4.3V循环,首次放电比容量为122.1 mAh/g,第50次循环的放电比容量为121.1 mAh/g,容量保持率为99.18%.%Li3 (V1-xLix)2 (PO4)3/C (x =0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04 and 0.05) was synthesized by sol-gel method combined with ballmilling.Effects of x value on the samples were studied by XRD,SEM and charge-discharge tests.When x > 0,Li + was doped and Li4P2O7 for modification was formed,the particle size reduced as x incrcasing,the electrochemical performance was improved compared to sample of Li3V2 (PO4)3 (x =0).When the sample of x =0.02 was cycled in 3.0 ~ 4.3 V at 1 C,the initial specific discharge capacity was 122.1 mAh/g,the specific discharge capacity in the 50th cycle was 121.1 mAh/g,capacity retention ratio was 99.18%.
