设计了适用于实验室终检台和生产线终检台的燃气用具检测设备嵌入式软件,分别使用凌华PCI-9221采集卡和西门子S7-200系列模块采集各种信号,同时结合行业检测标准编制测试流程,最终用于燃气用具的各项性能指标检测.该系统的应用可显著提高测试的效率以及自动化程度,还能减少一些人为误操作.%This paper provides an embedded software design based on the virtual instrument technology,this software is used for the gas appliance testing equipment which is suitable for the final inspection both in laboratory and production line. The ADLINK PCI -9221 acquisition card and Siemens S7 -200 series modules are applied to collect all kinds of signals. The industry testing standards is used in the testing process flow. The virtual instrument is used to test the performance of the gas appliances. The application of this embedded software can make efficiency and automation of the test, improved significantly and the human disoperation reduced.
