传统几何钣金展开方法缺乏对成形过程中力学因素的考虑,导致对复杂不可展曲面展开结果精度不足.针对这种问题,将有限元技术引入展开计算中,提出一种基于有限元逆算法的钣金展开方案.通过对钣金成形过程中应力、应变的分析,构建有限元控制方程并对其求解,之后使用CAA API编程将其集成到CATIA环境中.最后通过对一不可展矩形盒零件的展开,验证了该方法的有效性和通用性.%This article introduces the details of finite element inverse approach implementation and integrates the method into CATIA environment by secondary development. Compare to the traditional method, this approach take mechanical factor into account, can make significant upgrade on precision. A standard blank design process simulation using the application we discussed is shown at the end of the article,the result proved our method are both proper and applicable.
