基于802D的盘式刀库自动换刀控制

摘要

阐述了自动换刀系统的重要性,分析了课题所用盘式刀库的结构和工作原理.在自动换刀的还刀和取刀子程序流程的基础上设计了本盘式刀库自动换刀所必须的输入输出点,并且对自动换刀程序中非常重要的就近选刀子程序和刷新当前刀号子程序进行了着重说明.%This paper introduces the importance of automatic tool changer system and analyses the structure and operational principle of the circular tool magazine used in the project.It also designs the automatic tool changer necessary I/O points based on the give-take tools subprogram and emphasizes the importance of nearby tool selection and refreshing current tool-number subprograms to the automatic tool changer program.
